seepassyouagain: 深夜に帰宅して鍋底に薄くオリーブオイルを敷く。皮を剥いて四つ切りにした小蕪と新玉葱を置いて少量の塩を振り黒胡椒を挽く。大きく切ったベーコンを置く。蕪と玉葱をもう一層つくる。少量のオリーブオイルと塩と黒胡椒を撒く。小さい新じゃがいもの皮を剥いて重ね、その上にベーコンの残りを置く。ざっくり刻んだ大量の春キャベツと石づきを取ったしめじを置く。オリーブオイルと塩と胡椒をもう一度。その鍋を蒸しているあいだに作り置きの手羽先を炙る。やわらかく火のとおったキャベツの内側と鍋肌に接していたしめじ、それに丸い玉から抜け落ちて透けた玉葱を取り分けて残りを蒸しつづける。野菜と手羽先を食べる。 ...
